Amazon is quite the business. Their perfected data centers and then sold extra resources at a profit (AWS). They are perfecting semi-centralized retail distribution for eCommerce and passing on a portion of the costs to retailers and customers (FBA + Amazon Prime). They have begun doing the same thing with services through Amazon Home Services. It will be interesting to see how far Amazon will take the age of eCommerce to!
