Really enjoyed this one, especially the part about impulse purchases online! We worked with Mondelez on their direct-to-consumer ecommerce site for Tassimo brand, helping them collect and share social proof and UGC from YouTube on their site to drive sales. It’s amazing to see how sensitive and responsive online shoppers are to this type of content when it comes to FMCG – their intent to purchase (add-to-cart CTR) increased 74% when the site offered visual social proof about products.
